The Human Curriculum is built upon foundational research and practical ideas/experience to influence healing-centred work.

Through the development of therapeutic teaching practices, an alternative to trauma-informed practice, the HC informs positive and proactive knowledge, skills, and strategies that aim to help leaders, caregivers, and educators heal and be moved to act through the development of a skill set that can influence healing in others.

Trauma impacts our lives significantly, whether directly, indirectly, or vicariously; we all have a place from which healing can begin.

In turn, humans have the capacity to heal others through their work and dedication to self.
